3. Booking and Payment

  • A confirmed booking will require an agreed-upon service date and time.
  • Payments must be made before or upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods.
  • If a deposit is required, it must be paid at the time of booking to secure the service.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund.
  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.
  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance and will be accommodated based on availability.

  • Remove fragile items, valuables, and furniture as necessary before service begins.

6. Liability and Damage

  • We take utmost care in handling your carpets and property; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
  • Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We are not responsible for damage due to incorrect carpet material information provided by the customer.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a re-cleaning if deemed necessary.
  • Refunds are provided only at our discretion, based on service assessment.

8. Health and Safety

  • We use eco-friendly and safe cleaning solutions. However, we recommend keeping pets and children away during the cleaning process.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are deemed unsafe.

9. Privacy Policy
